Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Launch Lab for using joinlaunchlab.io and the Launch Lab course, tools and community. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Launch Lab.

The course is free

Launch Lab is free to use. There's no trial and no card required. We earn money through affiliate links to tools taught in the course (for example Shopify and Base44) and through our own optional software, Truesignal. You never have to buy anything from us to take the course. Some lessons and tools unlock as you progress, and some require a Shopify store, which Shopify bills you for directly under its own terms.

No income promises

Results are not typical and not guaranteed. Any revenue numbers we show (including NUDAY's and other stores') are examples, not promises of what you'll earn. Building a business takes time, money and work, and most people who start an online store don't make significant money. Your results depend on you, your product, your market and many things outside our control. Nothing in Launch Lab is financial, legal or tax advice.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account per person. Don't share or resell access.

AI tools and the store builder

• Our AI tools can make mistakes. Check what they produce before you rely on it or publish it.
• You are responsible for your store: the products you sell, the claims you make, the reviews and images you use, your pricing, shipping, customer service and following the law (including advertising, consumer protection and product safety rules). Edit anything the builder creates so it's accurate for your business.
• Only use product links and content you have the right to use. Don't use the builder for illegal, counterfeit or prohibited products.
• We may limit how often you use our tools to keep them fast and fair for everyone.

Our content

The course videos, lessons, theme and tools belong to Launch Lab. You can use them to build your own business. You can't copy, resell, republish or share the course content itself. The store theme files we generate for you are yours to use in your own store.

Community and conduct

Be respectful in our Discord and anywhere else in Launch Lab. No spam, scams, harassment or illegal content. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Third-party services

Launch Lab links to and works with other companies (Shopify, Base44, Meta, Discord, AI providers and others). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

Ending your account

You can stop using Launch Lab and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service. We may also change or discontinue parts of the course.

Disclaimers and liability

Launch Lab is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties and we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business losses. Because the course is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $100.

Changes and contact
